Buh I’m eating too much again!
I was doing so well as well :(
Plan is to start drinking more water and eating more sensibly. Apple/soup day tomorrow until the evening, being sensible in the evening. Stick to designated eating times. So wake up 8am, have breakfast, 12 dinner, then eat again about 9pm.
Friday, will be just whatever I have for breakfast and a jacket potato, nothing more. Saturday just fruit and salads for the day, take it easy before going out. Sunday, again detox day.
